## Shipping Policy

**Processing time**
All orders are handmade and ship within 3–7 business days of order placement. During peak seasons (November–December), processing may take up to 10 business days.

**Shipping carriers**
We ship via Canada Post and UPS. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

**Domestic (Canada)**
- Standard: 5–10 business days
- Expedited: 2–4 business days
- Free shipping on orders over $75 CAD

**United States**
- Standard: 7–14 business days
- Expedited: 4–7 business days
- Rates calculated at checkout

**International**
We currently ship to Canada and the United States. Contact us at khushubu@artandcraftdecors.com for international shipping inquiries.

**Customs & duties**
International customers (US) are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

**Holiday shipping**
Order by December 10 for guaranteed delivery before December 25 (within Canada).
